malbat Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and malbat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the malbat website located at malbat.lat and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

By registering a malbat account, accessing the platform as a guest, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the malbat platform and close your account if one exists.

These Terms apply alongside and do not replace the malbat Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published on the platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise explicitly stated.

The malbat platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account, access any gaming content, place bets, or make deposits or withdrawals on malbat. This age restriction is strictly enforced. malbat reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend any account where the age of the account holder cannot be confirmed.

malbat is operated for and targeted at Pakistani players. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using malbat is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so. malbat makes no representation that the platform is appropriate for use in any specific location.

To create a malbat account you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You agree to keep your registration information up to date at all times. malbat reserves the right to request verification of any information provided at registration at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your malbat account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. malbat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You must notify malbat support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

In compliance with the requirements of the international gaming license under which malbat operates, all players are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals will be processed. KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• A clear copy of a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) showing both front and back.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for the first deposit (for example, a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number).
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC, if requested by the verification team.

malbat aims to complete KYC verification within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is completed.

malbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, identity fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, underage use, or any other activity that malbat considers harmful to the platform or to other players. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, malbat will notify the account holder and provide an opportunity to respond where it is appropriate to do so.

You may close your malbat account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Account closure requests are processed within five business days.

malbat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. All account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on malbat are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

The minimum deposit on malbat is Rs 500. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your malbat account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to appear in your account balance depending on your bank's processing times. malbat does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

The minimum withdrawal amount on malbat is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within one hour. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day.

malbat is committed to operating in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. malbat reserves the right to request additional documentation from any player where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that funds deposited or withdrawn may be connected to unlawful activity. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal access until the matter is resolved. malbat cooperates fully with regulatory and law enforcement authorities where required.

All bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback credits, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards, and any other promotional incentives offered by malbat are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Bonus funds awarded by malbat are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the terms of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the combined total of the deposit amount and the bonus amount. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as stated in the applicable promotion terms.

malbat actively monitors account activity to detect bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, wagering on opposite outcomes to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, using third-party software to exploit bonus structures, and any other activity that malbat reasonably determines constitutes an attempt to abuse its promotional offering. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently banned from future promotions or from the platform entirely.

malbat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, malbat will honour wagering progress already made by players who have accepted the promotion prior to the withdrawal announcement.

All games available on the malbat platform — including live casino games, slot titles, sports betting markets, and any other gaming products — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. Game rules are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error occurring during a game round, malbat's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final.

Sports betting markets on malbat — including cricket, PSL, and other sports — are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each market type. In-play markets may be suspended or settled using official data providers. malbat reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear pricing error has occurred, or where the integrity of the event is in question.

malbat uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within each game's information panel. Past game outcomes have no bearing on future results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the malbat platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform.

• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing malbat staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the malbat platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any malbat content without the express prior written consent of malbat. Unauthorised use of malbat intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, malbat and its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the malbat platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any gaming losses incurred.

malbat's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your malbat account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

malbat does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times. The platform may be subject to downtime for maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond malbat's control. malbat will not be liable for any loss arising from platform unavailability.

malbat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating a malbat account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. malbat implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

malbat will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or by the terms of malbat's gaming license.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which malbat holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory body under which malbat is licensed.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact malbat's customer support team and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. malbat will respond to formal written complaints within 14 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved between the parties, the matter may be escalated to the licensing authority's dispute resolution process.

malbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect your rights or obligations as a player — malbat will provide at least 14 days' prior notice via email to your registered address and/or via an in-platform notification.

Minor amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, may be made without prior notice. Your continued use of the malbat platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
